a Project Manager to lead our customer projects.

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) you are mainly responsible for the respective project arrangements with our external, global customers and suppliers. You have full responsibility (Time, Cost, Quality) for the international projects for the installation of our heat pumps in Europe. You will supervise the projects from the customer order to the customer handover. Already during the offer phase you support our sales department by defining the project structure and the scope of work. During the project phases you will lead interdisciplinary project teams of engineers and technicians. You will be responsible for the adherence to the project processes, the application of the project tools and the escalation in case of heats, if necessary. You will be the first point of contact for all project issues.


a completed technical degree (FH/TH/Uni) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable, i. e. you are also welcome with a corresponding technician training and professional experience. If you also have at least 4 years of experience in managing projects in an international environment, you might already be our candidate (m/f/d). A secure command of written and spoken English and the willingness to travel internationally complete your profile.
